There are Four essentials of BIM Course .
Revit Architecture.
First we modifying whole project in Revit Architectural.
Secondly for make it up to date with interior , Landscape especially structure layout.
Architectural Walls draw with different types of properties.
Doors , Windows , and other elements of buildings adjust with sizes and types.
Therefore , use of families and editing the properties of families.
Who we can create new families in Revit Architecture.
Finally we present it in final sheet for approval purpose in this course.
Revit Structure.
First we create Architecture model than import it in Structural templates for Steel works in BIM Course in Pakistan.
So add the steel bars in the RCC objects with Rebars families.
There are several types of Steel Bars exist in the Libraries with numbers.
Now we can added in the RCC objects that steel bars.
Remember , There are the option of create sketch steel bar at the object with selected host either RCC Beam or RCC Columns.
Later on at the finish the sketch part now set the number of bars.
Although there are careful about bars DIA meters and hook standards use in the project given in xref file.
Secondly with area tool option is also available for adding steel bars in Floors , Walls and other similar objects.
Finally if there is no any solution than we can use the sketch options for adding customize steel bars.
Revit MEP.
Because of importance of Building energy model MEP use is main part of BIM.
There are three types included.
First we start with Revit Electrical.
Revit Electrical is the common part of all MEP services.
Lighting Fixtures with light switches.
Electrical Fixtures and home appliances Ericson.
Connect their panels and switches.
Draw automatic or manual wire plan.
Conduit work who conduit draw and use of its fittings.
Cable Tray use and the types of cable tray and its fittings.
Fire alarm and other devices.
So add the labels and tags to all things.
Examine the quantity schedule.
Second part is Mechanical which is known as HVAC System also.
Space and its properties.
Installation Air terminal and Return diffuser.
Duct connection between VAV duct mechanical unit and Air terminals.
Finally Duct work completed from VAV duct mechanical unit to AHU Air Handling Unit.
Ducts and its fittings with Accessories.
Fire Protection system devices installation.
Tag added and annotations with quantity schedule.
Third part of BIM MEP is Plumbing.
First thing is that Plumbing work related to building.
